Thank you for your interest in the Roth Estate Wine Guild. Guild members receive first access to our wines via automatic club shipments while enjoying preferred pricing on wine and merchandise as well as invitations to member events and personalized attention from our Member Experience staff. We offer 4 and 6 bottle shipments with two tiers of membership to suit your individual preferences.
You’ll enjoy specially selected wines available for pick up at the winery or delivered right to your door, discounts, special invitations, newsletters and more. Choose the club that is right for you including red, white or mixed varietal options.

ROTH BOLD MIXED CLUB 4 BTL
Four times a year, you’ll receive 4 bottles of Roth red and white varietals specially selected by our winemaker. Shipments will arrive in January, April, September, and November. This option allows you early access to our entire collection and allows you to experience the complete range and character of our estate by offering a selection of white and red varietals.

ROTH BOLD MIXED CLUB 6 BTL
Four times a year, you’ll receive 6 bottles of Roth red and white varietals specially selected by our winemaker. Shipments will arrive in January, April, September, and November. Our Connoisseur Guild 6 allows you early access to our entire collection and allows you to experience the complete range and character of our estate by offering a selection of white and red varietals.

Roth Unapologetic Red Wine Club 6 Btl
Four times a year, you’ll receive 6 bottles of Roth red wine varietals specially selected by our winemaker. Shipments will arrive in January, April, September, and November. Our Red Wine Enthusiast Guild 6 is for those who prefer red-wine only selections.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
By joining the Roth Estate Wine Club, I agree:
- I am 21 years of age or older
- I authorize my credit card to be billed in accordance with the membership program I selected, including applicable sales tax and shipping fees (shipping fees vary depending on quantity and shipping method)
- All customizations to my wine club shipment must be equal to or greater in value than the pre-selected wines. The order value per shipment varies based on the wines being released
- Orders cannot be shipped to a post office box and must be signed for by someone at least 21-years of age
- I understand that if I am not home to receive my wine club shipment, $25 will be charged to the card on file for the second delivery attempt
- If I have chosen to pick up my wines from the winery, I will do so within 30 days of notification. Failure to do so will result in my wines being shipped to the primary address on file and all applicable taxes and fees charged to the card on file
- Wines, shipping cadence and program details may be changed by Foley Family Wines at any time and will be communicated to you via email
- State laws regarding the shipment of wine are strictly followed by Foley Family Wines, our releases are only permitted to certain registered states and are subject to change at any time without prior notice

CANCELLATION POLICY
If it is necessary to cancel your membership, a written cancellation request must be received at least 30 days prior to the next release, following the receipt of two consecutive shipments. Customers who are unable to uphold the minimum commitment may be subject to additional fees for discounts previously received on wine or tasting experiences.
